Not your typical Acupuncturist. . .
Usually acupuncturists will treat 2-4 patients per hour, and leave the room while you rest. Dr. Faddis does not leave the treatment room, instead she will implement acupressure, tuina, gua sha, facial reflexology, and cupping as needed, which allows you to get extra care and attention. Learn more about her treatment modalities here.
Whether it's two sessions or regular visits throughout the year, we delight in seeing the effective and lasting results of our treatment plans.
We accept and require cash or credit card payment on the day of treatment.
Health Insurance companies tend to cover acupuncture costs when it is pain related. To avoid someone else controlling your optimum treatments, we do not accept Health Insurance. We choose to provide more care than insurance companies deem necessary. We can provide a Superbill to those seeking health insurance compensation from their insurance provider. We are able to process Health Savings Account Cards or Flex Cards issued by your insurance provider.

Ouchie Online
We know that it appears to be counterproductive to have an online consultation with your acupuncturist . . .
Our title “acupuncturist” is very limiting, so as your Doctor of Acupuncture + Chinese Medicine, and your primary health care practitioner, I am able to do much more than “just needles”
Here is how I can help you during an online consultation:
Symptom assessment
just like in the office, a series of questions allows us to understand your presentation. I can still take a look at your tongue, and diagnose according to TCM
Acupressure
even though needles are my power tool, do not underestimate the power of touch. Acupressure can be incredibly effective for you, your loved ones + children
Diet
as licensed acupuncturists, we come highly trained in lifestyle + nutrition advice. Food as medicine. Even though there is a very limiting belief in the medical world, that food is not medicine, you still need to eat. In TCM, food IS medicine. And I can tell you all about it.
Herbal remedies
Herbal medicine can be and has been shown to be very effective. The right diagnosis and treatment plan are required for proper dosing and use. Never use herbal remedies without the guidance of a licensed health care practitioners.
Self care rituals
Facial reflexology and Gua Sha can be taught to be used at home. The are incredible tools to integrate into self-care practices. There are many other rituals which are just as important as brushing your teeth, that will be taught to you.
