Tuning forks are used via sound and touch to help enter a state of relaxation with ease, allowing you to forget your to-do list, the stress from the day, or what still lies ahead. Facial Reflexology, also known as Dien Chan Zone, is a gentle reflexology technique that gentle guides you into a Theta brainwave state. Theta is the stage between Alpha (meditative, yet conscious brain waves) and Delta (deep sleep brain waves). In Theta you are fully aware, yet in an almost hypnotic restorative state. This allows for deep restoration and recalibration.

Dustin has the incredible gift of guiding his patients through their health issues, as he helps to identify avenues of change and empowerment. His extensive training, and hunger for knowledge, allows for excellent communication and patient led change. He has pursued various health empowering avenues, not just for his own well-being, but because he believes that everyone is their truest and best health advocate.

He has a vast interest in frequency medicine, the physics of sound and plasma. He strives make his clients agents of their own change, but guiding them through detailed action plans.

Dustin and Dr. Stephanie married at their beautiful Arkansas home in 2008. They moved to California in 2009 to allow Stephanie to pursue her Masters and Doctorate, while Dustin developed 5ing. We believe that how you live your life has the most impact on our quality of life, and we choose to allow food, acupuncture and asian medicine to be our medicine.  Ouchie is not just our own avenue of income, but a way to help others live a life with intention and well-being.
