TRANSMUTE

As we transition into Summer, I invite you to make room to transmute anything that keeping you “stuck” in old patterns. I am “popping up” in Carmel Valley, for 1 week, to offer this amazing experience. 

This experience will be tailored to the seasonal shift from Wood Season (Liver/Gallbladder) to Fire Season (Heart/Small Intestine). This is a perfect time to transmute any emotional and physical areas of stagnancy. This seasonal shift ushers us into Utmost Yang - our peak state of energy production and output. We should feel this rise of Yang, and be able to harness its’ potential. Our eating habits should shift, our exercise should shift, our sleep routine should shift. You will receive insights and guidance into these shifts. If you feel like your energy is not aligned for this peak, this is your sign that you need TRANSMUTE.

Experience an intentionally curated 90 minute TRANSMUTE experience on a day and time of your choosing. You will have a personalized Chinese Medicine immersion (acupuncture, Moxa, sound, herbal medicine, and more)
