Dr. Stephanie Faddis started Ouchie | acupuncture and chinese medicine while completing her MSTCM in San Diego. Her experience of working at, and later managing a Spa, helped her develop exceptional business and relationship skills.
In June 2016, Ouchie officially opened its’ doors for patients, and has grown into a well respected and sought after practice.
The business model has always remained the same: only seeing one patient at a time, providing all modalities necessary for healing.
GROWTH
Acquiring patients exclusively from referrals, Ouchie has seen exceptional growth over the years, and even withstood the economic burden of 2020 without government assistance. Advertisements are not needed, as we maintain a waitlist for new patients who seek us out.
The business is conducted outside of the limitations and burdens of insurance processing, and thrives as a cash practice.
Annual Revenue continues to rise every year by at least 10%.
PRESENT
Presently Ouchie employs a Director of Operations, and two Associate Acupuncturists.
Actualizing our trustworthy and effective services and products, patients consistently affirm our exceptional standard of care and comment that our business is distinct from other healthcare providers.
At a higher cost per treatment, we still maintain a full schedule.
FUTURE
Growth can also be expected in products, along with more offerings of retreats and group experiences.
Although expanding, the offering of more services is in demand, a larger space could provide much more growth for both patients and employees is the next step for Ouchie, as more space will be needed to continue with the growth of offerings and employees.
