FOUNDATION TO REGULATE QI, NOURISH, AND INTEGRATE

Join Me + E on our first 21 Day Ritual. This class is offered to lay the foundation for you to tune into your body, learn how to regulate Qi, nourish and strengthen your body. Once a week, you will tune into an online class to receive a weekly Ritual Guidance as Dr. Stephanie walks you through each ritual and explains in depth how to empower you health. The first class will meet on Wednesday 1/28, and then again on Wednesday 2/4, and Wednesday 2/11. If you cannot meet for the Live Class, a recording will be sent to you so you can particpate at your own leisure.
