As we welcome fall, the Equinox invites us to pause and give gratitude for the harvest. With the days growing shorter and the natural world beginning to turn inward, we too can begin to slow down, ground, and prepare for the quieter months ahead.
Drawing from the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we’ll explore how this seasonal shift invites us to turn toward warmth, nourishment, and strengthening the body for the months ahead. We’ll bring these principles into practice through food as medicine, sharing simple, practical tools to support the body through this seasonal transition.
In this spirit, we’ll explore the powerful role of bone broth, honoring the harvest honoring and the abundance it offers us. Rich in minerals, collagen, and easily digestible nourishment, bone broth brings warmth and sustenance as we move into the quieter season.
Together, we’ll discover how TCM and bone broth can be incorporated into our seasonal routine in a simple and comforting way to support overall health and embrace the wisdom of the seasons.
This will be hosted in an intimate setting, where we will gather and explore. There will be bone broth tasting so you can taste how medicine is made in your kitchen, a DIY flower essences to support this shift, and you will receive goodies to take home with you,
We are exctied to share this time with you,

TRANSMUTE
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the transition from late summer into fall is a gentle invitation to move from the outward, expansive energy of summer toward the inward, reflective energy of autumn.
As nature begins to contract, cool, and release what is no longer needed, we are encouraged to do the same—letting go physically, emotionally, and energetically.
TRANSMUTE is designed to create space to quiet the mind, process emotions, restore the body’s natural rhythm, and reconnect with the spirit.
In this way, this seasonal shift becomes an opportunity to transmute—turning what feels heavy or stagnant into clarity, vitality, and a deeper sense of alignment with ourselves and the natural world.
“refers to the process of changing one form or nature into another, often associated with elevating the mind and body from a material to a spiritual state. It embodies the idea of transformation, where negative energies or emotions are converted into positive, constructive outcomes.”
WHEN: Monday September 21 - Monday September 28
WHERE: 6 Del Fino Place, Unit D
WHAT: 90 minute treatment that will be customized to you and the seasonal shift
COST: $325 ($150 non-refundable deposit required, which will be applied to the total cost in day of treatment)
In TCM, autumn is associated with the Metal element, the Lungs and Large Intestine, and the themes of breath, grief, discernment, and letting go.
As the air becomes cooler and drier, it is a time to nourish and protect the respiratory system, favor warm and moistening foods, maintain steady movement and rest, and create space for reflection.
This seasonal shift can often feel very dis-regulating if you’ve had grief, recent or unresolved, or your immune system always takes a hit this time of year.
We are not supposed to stay in “summer energy” as is often required from us (work, lifestyle, etc).
I welcome you to TRANSMUTE intentionally.
